Productivity Commission – Mental Health Review 2020

The Productivity Commission Review of Australian mental health services 2018-2020 is extremely important.

Everyone associated with the industry acknowledges that all the Inquiries over many decades have not caused any significant changes. Taxpayers are paying more money with few benefits to those directly affected.

Justice Action has a keen interest in the Inquiry as there is potential for structural change in the same way as the Productivity Commission proposed the NDIS for people with disability.

We present our Report of our Meeting 27/11/19 here. and our Submission 24/01/20 here

We also analysed all other submissions to the Inquiry and have published our findings here.
