Mr Jeffreys has been involved in the practice of criminal law since 1973 and has appeared as an advocate in more than 300 jury trials in the District Court. He has regularly appeared in Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeal matters involving serious offences such as murder and commercial drug supply, and has appeared in the High Court on special leave applications. Mr Jeffreys has been a Law Society of NSW accredited specialist in criminal law since the commencement of the accreditation scheme in 1993.

JewishCare's Mission is support and strengthen the resilience and independence of community members in need. The four service areas of JewishCare are: child and family services which includes Domestic Violence programs, mental health programs, disability services and community aged services which helps older members of the community to live in their own homes. JewishCare offers over 25 programs which help 4,000 people each year.

Justice Action is a community based organisation of criminal justice activists. We are prisoners, academics, victims of crime, ex-prisoners, lawyers and general community members dedicated to making a change. We believe that meaningful change depends upon the free exchange of information, community involvement and a taking of responsibilities from all members of the community high or low.
Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network is a state-wide Board-governed Specialty Network delivering health care to adults and young people in contact with the forensic mental health and criminal justice systems, across community, inpatient and custodial settings.
