Mr Jeffreys has been involved in the practice of criminal law since 1973 and has appeared as an advocate in more than 300 jury trials in the District Court. He has regularly appeared in Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeal matters involving serious offences such as murder and commercial drug supply, and has appeared in the High Court on special leave applications. Mr Jeffreys has been a Law Society of NSW accredited specialist in criminal law since the commencement of the accreditation scheme in 1993.
